Rental Information and Deposit Policies

WE NOW ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS

We have specials for the months of January, February and March. Have your wedding and/or reception during these months and receive the Ultimate Package – FREE

RENTAL RATES - Please Note: All fees below include cleanup (toilets, walls, sweeping, mopping floors, etc.) Indoor and outdoor gardens and gazebo.

FRIDAY - $1100.00 per day for all events with 18 tables (10 (6') rectangle with linen, 8 (48") round with linen, 150 chairs and the Backdrop for the Brides table.

SATURDAY - $1250.00 per day for all events with 18 tables (10 (6') rectangle with linen, 8 (48") round with linen, 150 chairs and the backdrop for the Brides table.

PLEASE NOTE: You must throw your own trash, indoor and outdoor, take all food out of the building and remove all decorations etc. that you brought in.

OTHER RENTAL RATES - Please Note: All fees below include cleanup (toilets, walls, sweeping, mopping floors, etc.) Indoor and outdoor gardens and gazebo.

MONDAY – THURSDAY - $650.00 per day for weddings and receptions. Includes the same items as Friday and Saturdays.

Price on request for all other events.

SUNDAY - $900.00 for weddings and receptions - full day only. Includes the same items as Friday and Saturdays.

Price on request for all other events. Half day functions are available.

NOTE: A credit card must be used as security for all events. This will not be processed unless there is damage after your event, or if the balance due is not received 60 days prior to your event date.

A deposit of 1/2 of the rental fee must be put down for all events and a contract must be signed. This deposit does go toward you rental fee. Call 337-264-9616 for more information.

NOTE: The deposit is not refundable unless Magnolia Court , LLC can reschedule your date with another customer.

Once your balance is paid, it is not refundable unless Magnolia Court , LLC can reschedule your date with another customer.

All cancellations must be made personally to Adrienne Thibodeaux Tate.
