Rental Information and Deposit Policies

SPECIAL:  Book your Friday wedding for 2013 or 2014 by April 30, 2013... YOU GET THE DECORATION PACKAGE FREE!

We have a special going on for the months of January, February and March.  Have your wedding and/or reception during these months and receive the DECORATION PACKAGE – FREE

 PRICES FOR WEDDINGS AND RECEPTIONS

NOTE:  PRICE ON REQUEST FOR ALL OTHER EVENTS, CALL ADRIENNE FOR PRICES AT 337-264-9616 

Please Note:  All fees below include cleanup (toilets, walls, sweeping, mopping floors, etc.)  Indoor and outdoor gardens and gazebo.

WE ONLY BOOK ONE EVENT PER DAY....WE DO NOT RUSH OUR CUSTOMERS

NOTE:  You get the key at 9am the day of your event.  This gives you time to set up, decorate, bring in food, cake, DJ, etc.  Once your event begins you have 4 hours for your event, at which time the DJ must stop, lights come on and you begin telling your guest bye.  Then you have 2 hours to remove anything you brought in.  Leftover food, drinks, cake, decorations, etc.  All trash must be thrown indoor and out, we have a dumpster for your use. We will pick up tables, chairs and cleanup.

NOTE:  We give you an extra 1/2 hour to your time for your wedding, if you are having a wedding and reception.

PRICES FOR WEDDINGS AND/OR RECEPTIONS NOTE: All weddings and/or receptions for any days include: 18 tables 10 (6') rectangle, 8 (48") round, bridal backdrop, 4 cabaret tables and 150 chairs.

FRIDAY - $1050.00 per day

SATURDAY - $1250.00 per day

MONDAY – THURSDAY - $850.00 per day

SUNDAY - $950.00 per day

NOTE: Price on request for all other events. Half day functions are available on Sundays only.  A perfect day for baby showers, bridal showers, family graduations dinners, communion celebrations,etc.  No half day weddings and or/reception allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: A credit card number must be given as security for all events.  This will not be processed unless there is damage after your event, or if the balance due is not received 60 days prior to your event date.  A down payment of 1/2 of the rental fee must be put down for all events and a contract must be signed. This down payment does go toward your rental fee. Call 337-264-9616 for more information.

NOTE:  The down payment is not refundable unless Magnolia Court, LLC can reschedule your date with another customer.  Your balance of the rental fee is due 60 days before your event date.  Once your balance is paid, it is not refundable unless Magnolia Court, LLC can reschedule your date with another customer. All cancellations must be made personally to Adrienne Thibodeaux Tate.
